The school in Wayo-Shan

 

I am currently (and for the foreseeable future) working as CEO and Lead Data Scientist at my start-up company Analytical Flavor Systems.

I will field, though likely decline, all other offers. (Speaking engagements are ok!)
Ideas, suggestions, spelling corrections, or hate mail, on the other hand, are all gladly accepted.

My time is joyfully fulfilled with product management, project management, sales, marketing, and building machine learning and data science models for understanding the flavor profile of complex beverages.

I did my research on Sensory Science and Data Mining under the direction and tutelage of Dr. Joshua Lambert (food science) & Dr. John Yen (data science).

  3. Hi there! found your site while searching for study/travel opportunities regarding tea culture/Chaxi/Gongfucha
    I live in Cincinnati, OH and wanted to know if I could briefly pick your brain on good places to start looking—mainly because I am itching to travel to Taiwan. 🙂

    • Hey Max,

      There’s nothing set up anywhere for a proper study of GongFu,
      but Taiwan is defiantly the place to do it!
      (Or the Tea Institute!)

      I’d hit up Stephane from Tea Masters Blog if you want the science and art of brewing,
      or Aaron Fisher from Global Tea Hut if you want the spirituality of tea.

      I suggest visiting both and seeing what you like!
      I’m a researcher myself…
